5. Refund and Transfer Policy

5.1 Services

Requests for refunds on service engagements must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase. Partial refunds may apply depending on work completed. Where scheduling conflicts arise, you may request to transfer your service slot to another date at no additional cost.

Certain fully custom development services are non-refundable once work has commenced, as resources are allocated based on your project requirements.

5.2 Information Products

Purchases of digital products are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase provided that no download or access has occurred. Once accessed, refunds are not available.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5.4 Refund and Transfer Process

All refund requests should be directed via our Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Transfers for services will be arranged upon agreement and confirmed in writing.
